| Q: What has been your funniest tech support moment? |
A: I have a few stories but the one that stands out in my mind is someone we gave a laptop to, and they put in a ticket asking how to right click... Yeah... About a month goes by that same person puts in another ticket. My coworker and I both read it and thought it was a prank, then laughed our asses off when we realized it was real. Somehow they had disabled their mouse buttons entirely and asked how to left click! True story! |

A: Definitely the "gift nitro" button that sits inside of the message textbox and right next to the GIF search. I've certainly never hit that button by accident before... Actual answer, probably just media embeds, something most IRC clients don't have. Oh, Putt Party is pretty fun too. |
