Q: What has been your funniest tech support moment?

A: I have a few stories but the one that stands out in my mind is someone we gave a laptop to, and they put in a ticket asking how to right click... Yeah...

About a month goes by that same person puts in another ticket. My coworker and I both read it and thought it was a prank, then laughed our asses off when we realized it was real. Somehow they had disabled their mouse buttons entirely and asked how to left click! True story!
